This is the first Bulong Estate Blanc de Blanc. It is crafted entirely from 100% Chardonnay and made using methode traditional with two years spent on lees.

This wine is a confident expression of Australian sparkling winemaking. The nose is vibrant and inviting, opening with aromas of Fuji apple, pear and nectarine, lifted by notes of lemon and lime. Subtle hints of apple blossom and a delicious yeasty edge add complexity and freshness. On the palate, bright yet soft acidity brings energy and balance, supporting a creamy, layered texture.
