Outdoor Wedding Venue
with Spectacular Views

If you’re thinking of getting married at a Yarra Valley winery, with a staggering view – you’re going to want to admire that view all day long. And we have so much space outside for you to use however you want – from the lawn, to our elevated deck, with or without a marquee – and all with a view of vines and mountains, remember, we’re on 120 acres!

Do you picture your guests dancing the night away on the lawn? Create the perfect dance floor on the lawn with festoon lights and some great music.
Or on Bulong’s deck – with the bar off to one side, and musicians or your DJ on the other – with stools and wine barrels to rest their drinks on, and when the dancing kicks off, the day transitions into evening beautifully as the sun sinks low over the vines.

Decorate and Theme
your Outdoor Wedding

Having your wedding outside suddenly gives you so many options for theming and games, such as boules or lawn bowls, archery, even jumping castles. Your outdoor wedding can have any style you like:

  •  throw down some picnic rugs with oversize cushions
  • hire day beds to recline on
  • scatter hay bales for seating
  • cluster bar stools around wine barrels
  • hire in some food trucks to serve a range of street food
  • add hessian runners and wooden props for a Rustic style
  • or be creative and add some natural elements for a Boho Style wedding

Our lawn and garden area is lush and green and you can theme it however you wish – we are open to all suggestions and if you want llamas on the lawn at your wedding, go for it (we didn’t dream that up – we have had llamas at one of our weddings before!).

Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner or Finger Food…

The Choice is Yours

If you love the idea of all your guests being seated, then our lawn lends itself to this occasion. It’s such a gorgeous way to bring nature and all her beauty into your special day and is the perfect place to sit and enjoy your meal. And from down on the lawn, your guests can look up at the deck as speeches take place or as you and your partner take to the dance floor for your first dance as a married couple

Dining al fresco is always better under the stars, and dancing barefoot on the lawn under twinkling garden fairy lights will just enhance the night sky even more.
