Bulong Estate seats 40 – 60 guests – beautifully. It’s designed for that number. Which means your guests won’t feel lost in a vast room designed for 200 and you won’t be put in a partitioned space or side room and have to share the venue with another party. Instead, you have the whole place to yourselves, exclusively: an intimate venue space just right for your small wedding, and with a huge vineyard and views of vines as far as your eye can see. Your guests will love being out on the fantastic elevated deck or enjoying drinks down on the lawn where your ceremony can also be held. Our space is flexible – choose to be inside or out, or both.

Smaller numbers doesn’t have to restrict our choices. We have a full range of menu styles for you to choose from.

A delicious finger food menu for a cocktail style reception or our Chef’s bowl food menu which is also designed for a non-seated style reception. If you prefer a seated menu then you could opt for a plated menu or you may prefer shared platters, where platters of food are placed in the middle of the table for your guests to help themselves for a family dining style meal.

You could of course have the best of both worlds! Have a standing entree, seated mains and roving dessert. Yes you can design your wedding just the way you want it.

We offer two all-inclusive elopement/micro wedding packages which are suitable for 4 to 50 guests. Both packages include your celebrant, legals, ceremony, and a photographer.

You’ll have the venue and garden all to yourselves to enjoy the romance that goes with such a private event.
